UK Delivery
For deliveries within the UK, we aim to dispatch all online orders within the next working day, but this can take longer during busy times such as Christmas.
Whilst we aim for orders to be delivered in the time frames below it is not guaranteed as courier services are ultimately out of our control.

HOW YOUR ORDER ARRIVES
Deliveries will be made by courier and are tracked, just so we know your order has safely reached its destination.
If you are unavailable when the courier tries to deliver your order, they will usually try again on the next working day or leave a card offering you collection from a local collection point. If you refuse delivery of the goods or are unavailable to accept delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any additional costs incurred by us.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Orders placed after midday on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday.
- If we are unable to supply your goods within 7 days, we will advise you of alternative options as soon as possible.
- Please note that whilst stock levels are live with our boutique, all items are subject to availability.
- We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss arising from late or non-delivery by the company's appointed courier.
