IN STORE

We hope you will be delighted with your new purchase, but in the unlikely event that you get your choice wrong, you can return it with the receipt/gift receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase for an E X C H A N G E  or  C R E D I T  N O T E (credit has no expiry).

We do not offer refunds in store.

We kindly ask that you make sure all products are returned unused, and with their original packaging, tags and labels

Please note that sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

We hope you will be delighted with your new purchase, but in the unlikely event that you get your choice wrong, you may return your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund within 7 working days of placing your order.

To return an item please notify us via email within 7 days: hello@osoboutique.co.uk - quoting your order/invoice number and the relevant item/s to be returned.

Use the packing slip we sent with your order to circle the unwanted items and include it inside your package. Make sure they are unused and good as new, in their original packaging with all swing tags still attached.

We recommend that you use insured and signed for carrier or post as we cannot accept responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit. 

In addition, international returns (e.g. USA and Canada) must have completed Customs Declaration adhered to the outside of the package with the check box "OTHER" ticked and the declaration should state "RETURNED GOODS ORIGINATING IN THE EEC" 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN POSTAGE COSTS WILL NOT BE CREDITED OR REFUNDED. 

When we've received your goods your order will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
